And my favorite text for Family practice was Practice Guidelines, by Fenstermacher.Baessler 31 points submitted 5 months agoI work in health care, and I know that the most common cause of sudden cardiac death in younger people is “hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.” It basically a genetic issue where the heart muscle is abnormally thick, which can lead to irregular heart rhythms and sudden death, especially with exertion.Before we complete athlete physicals in our office, we screen for it with a questionnaire and/or echocardiogram test.So my best guess would be cardiomyopathy, or an enlarged heart.Baessler 8 points submitted 5 months agoI not a cardiologist, but from my training I know at the very least, I would keep an eye on your blood pressure regularly and stop exercising if you ever experience chest pain.
If you work at a hospital I believe you qualify for non profit loan forgiveness. Consolidation and income based repayment might be a good idea and your loans are forgiven with 10 years of payments. I’d also say looking at the IBR (income based repayment) in conjunction with loan forgiveness would be good as this helps you consolidate everything in one place and if for some reason payments get difficult you can have the option of suspending payments or making the lower payments for a while..
